I do not offer shipping as all of my products are digital. I have doublechecked and I have ‘this is a physical product’ unchecked so I’m not sure why shipping is showing up next to my product and product description. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
Check theme settings that this is not a custom-liquid, custom-html, or text setting added to the templates as a static message.
Double check that an app is not involved.
Double check the themes display logic, sometimes it’s just set to if there’s inventory or a location is attached, or just plain always displays.
Toggle the setting to on, wait 15 minutes ,clear browser cache , check again.
