Quick question. I’ve set up all my shipping rates and details, now it’s saying when you try to check out that shipping is not available for this location. It has don’t that for every location I enter. How do I remove this?

Do you have multiple shipping profiles set up in Shopify’s Settings > Shipping and delivery?

Here are a few things to review and I’ll share some examples from my development store:

  1. Check the shipping profile for the product you’re testing at checkout. For example, if I’m testing with an “Approach Under Glove”, I should be checking the configuration in the General profile:

  2. Within that profile, ensure a shipping zone is configured for all Shopify locations where the product you’re testing is stocked. For example, this glove is stocked at multiple locations. So I need to add rates for each location:

  3. Once the shipping zone is set up for those locations, make sure to configure a rate. For example, I only have rates set up for “Alabama” within the US. You can ignore the rate names in my shipping zone - this is purely a test store!
