If it hasn’t been shipped, the store owner may still be able to adjust the shipping address, however, contact the store directly for assistance as soon as possible. As all Shopify stores are operated individually, you will want to reach out to the store directly as soon as you can. Fill out their contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. If they haven’t yet shipped the product, they can often update the address manually. Shopify itself doesn’t handle order changes, so the responsibility belongs to the store owner to modify the order before fulfilment.
