I ordered a tower fan from this company using the Shop App and using Shop Cash. Never received the fan and I have messaged the company (BoSoc) 5 times now and reported them twice with zero response. Shopify has now removed that site from Shop and has been zero help for me. I can’t even figure out how to get Shopify to respond. If you do the math, I spent $746.70 through the app to earn the shop cash to purchase the fan. I just want my shop cash back. I spend thousands of dollars using the Shop App for the reward opportunities. Please help me out here.
