So my shop is for some reason inactive karst-store.myshopify.com and I’m getting ZERO response from shopify. I’m paying for a membership, losing time and money. These seem like a frequent issue of Shopify ignoring this issue after they say “contact support, here’s this link”. Watch there be some shopify bot do that right in the comments. That doesn’t work and I WANT an actual HUMAN to talk to and who can actually fix this issue their company caused. This is considered fraud if I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving, and if this is not resolved bank of America will be making a dispute request. You have 36 hours to respond shopify.
You have to choose a Shopify-Package (Basic, Advanced etc).
Log in into your Shopify URL: yourshopname.myshopify.com/admin and choose a plan.
The second common error is a misleading DNS-Configuration [email removed] your Hoster.
I CAN’T EVEN GET TO THAT POINT
I already paid for a plan, I put my credit card info in and It only says
karst-store.myshopify.com is currently unavailable.

I have the same issue and have not heard anything back after emailing 3 times. Now I have been trying to pay the balance of my other site and when putting in the new card info it timed out and now that store is inactive.

Are you receiving an error when trying to access your admin or storefront? If so, can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing? This will help me identify what may be wrong with your site. If you could provide the URL’s for both of your sites, I can look into them further for you. There are 2 stores that Shopify inactivated. One due to billing but it will not allow me to pay it, when I tried to the page timed out then BAM store was gone. Then Unique Beauty was only created a few days, I was in the middle of building it and BAM without any email or anything its inactive. When I select them I get the error screen.

I would recommend trying to contact our Support Team via a live chat or callback, as they will be able to authenticate you and look further into both of your accounts. You can contact our Support Team by email, live chat, or callback through our Help Center. You will need to log in, select your shop, search for a topic, then scroll down and click “Get Support” at the bottom of the page to find contact options. If you want, you can share your URLs with me, and I can see what information I can find however, I cannot authenticate through the community forum, so I can not give detailed account information to you.

Well they fixed it, it was unable to verify the same card I been paying
with so I backed out to use my paypal and it did it again. Now 3 more days
and I am right back to getting no help. Where is this live chat I keep
getting referenced to?? Not sure if you all know but there is no live chat
or phone number to call for urgent issues like this and there needs to be
one or I am going to have to go to another host.

You will need to go to the Shopify Help Center.

You will need to log in, and then you will come to a page that says Search the documentation. You will want to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button that says “Contact Shopify Support”.

Then select your store and then choose a topic. I would select the Account topic and then plans and billing.

Once you have selected the topic, you will be provided with some common questions about the topic you choose. If you scroll down past related articles you will see Get Support with the options of Chat with us, leave a message, and request a callback.
- You can select your choice of communication, and then you will be able to speak to our Support Team, who can access your account information as by doing these steps, you will be authenticated.
