My Shopify store become inactive

Hi everyone,

Im facing issue with my shopify store a few days back shopify was showing me error for the payment, that payment is pending and unable to deduct the payment. I was confused why was this happening. So, I changed my charge method for the shopify to a physical card of Wise. Till that second my store is inactive and shopify support is not responding its been 5 days. Please let me know can this be undone or resolved.

I would suggest reaching out to our live support for an update on the situation or attempting to reply back to the open ticket email with this inquiry. You can get in touch with our live support by attempting to login to your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.

If you are unable to successfully login, you can select the option I don’t have an account - this will direct you to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor.

I really appreciate your response. As per your are saying I already have tried contacting your live chat and already have escalated the matter for like 7 times from your team. Even have emailed your support as well but only received this response that keep an eye on your email and our team will get in touch with you from your registered email.

But now its been 5 days Im checking my email but have received no response. this is my last hope to reach you out from the community discussion. I dont know what level of professionalism Shopify is offering as this was the worst customer service I have ever had 5 days and no response.

If you need proof I can share those as well. I request you to please give it a look Im sharing my support ticket number with you. So, you can investigate this matter on your behalf as well.

Looking into this, I can assure you that if you have reached out to our support - you will receive a response about the situation. I did reach out to the corresponding team and they have informed me that they will reach back out to you.

Hello did you ever reactivate your account? I am encountering the same issue and it is very frustrating that Shopify is not responding at all. Live chat just kept saying they have escalated the case but no reply from the Accounts team at all!

Your best bet is to just download the theme that your website is on and
restart, it’s a pain but I’ve been wait 2 weeks nearly and I just
restarted
