Had a client mention she’s having issues with customers updating payment methods when paying for subscriptions with shop pay, it was the first I’d heard of it but seeing the posts in this community and on reddit show it’s a widespread issue and has been for awhile.
Has there been any movement/updates/solutions, etc. ?

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. I’ve come across similar reports today, but it seems like the problem isn’t consistent. My recommendation would be to consider adding additional payment methods to provide customers with more options and potentially avoid this issue.
