We recently set up beauty and cosmetics shopify store. After the verification of the legal documentations, Shopify sent us this email:
"This email is to inform you that after reviewing your information and website we have determined that your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify. We know this is not ideal, however we won’t be able to help with your business.
Please note that for security and privacy reasons we are unable to divulge the results of our reviews and investigations."
We are not selling any risky products. Please help me in understanding the problem and let me know what I can do because I have spent around 1,000 USD in setting this store up.

Hey there @Ali-Zain First of all, apologies for what you’re going through right now. At this stage, I think the best thing you could try would be to try to connect directly with a Shopify staff here who could advise you on next steps you could take. Otherwise, you might just need to set up your store on another e-commerce platform for the time being.
