Hi, looking for some assistance, currently use shopify online store, but have physical shops using a custom POS system, Shopify POS does not meet our requirements. Has anyone developed our used an APP or API to integrate the gift cards on the shopify store to a custom POS system, which allows updates both ways. Or used a web front end or app to review gift card details on shopify store, do not want to give access to shops to shopify store.

Hi,

I’ve looked at apps on the Shopify App Store, and there are not very many that expand on gift cards for POS - would CashBack & Store Credits work for your use case? They do offer options for managing physical gift cards, but this is only on their Enterprise plan.
