Hello. I have a problem that I haven’t been able to solve for a few days. I’ve been using the content API for Google Ads to sell my 27 products on Google. A few days ago, the Shopify app API appeared here, and all the products were moved, so now in the content API, I have 0 products. Since then, my costs have increased, and conversions have dropped. Whenever I try to start an ad, it always tells me that my merchant account has 0 products, and the other ads that were selling have the same issue – they’ve been left without products. I should mention that I connected Google and YouTube apps to Shopify in September 2024, and only recently have I encountered this problem. What would be the solution?

If products disappear, I can only imagine that this is caused by having multiple feeds? Do you have multiple apps?
No, I am connceted to the google and youtube app and I have on the merchant 2 feeds. One is shopify app api with 27 products and another is content api with 0 products and google can t see them look
I have never heard of the merchant API, this is very new and looks like it is still in beta. But most likely it should be coming from 2 different apps, if that is not the case, than most likely it’s the google and youtube app, in this case you need contact Google support here: https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/shopify_3p_support_app

Have you solved the problem? We also had both Content API and 2 Shopify APP APIs appearing at the same time, I did a deletion of the 2 Shopify APP APIs in the backend of Google Merchant Center and they reappeared an hour later. I would like to know how to keep only the Content API.
