I can see UPS under Shipping and delivery Shopify Shipping. If I use the “calculate shipping rates” feature, it offers UPS pricing, along with Canada Post. I only have the basic plan, but the fact that Shopify is showing me UPS, and offering their rates on estimates, makes me think I should be able to access it.
Can I actually offer UPS as an option to customers?
With a Canadian Basic subscription we should be able to remove “Canada Post” from the shipping carrier choices and use any others as the shipping carrier.
What if i do have an agreement with DHL or UPS to ship cheaper then CP!
Our revenu are not big enough to go to the Advanced Sub’s and add multiple carriers…
Hi @RowsomeLeather , If Your Business is based in the US, Canada, or Australia, you can show rates at checkout through Shopify Shipping, even on the Basic Shopify plan.
However, in Canada, Shopify Shipping only supports two carriers: UPS and Canada Post. Both carriers have certain limitations with Shopify shipping.
For Shopify UPS from Canada, Shopify allows you to print shipping labels, but showing UPS rates at checkout is not supported. Only Canada Post rates can be displayed at checkout through Shopify shipping,
