shopify billing - store frozen and cannot make payment for shopify fee

We are facing the same issue since 21st of July where our store is currently frozen where SHOPIFY is unable to charge or process the card for yearly and other charges. I have been in touch with chat support of Shopify since 21st and all I got is nothing from Shopify Support. They did the escalation and again escalated the issue on the support ticket number 49275835 but nothing seems to be changed. Our STORE is in currently frozen and we are loosing customers and reputation day by day. PLEASE HELP… :weary_face: :weary_face:

What is the use of this access when account is frozen (as per below screenshot) where you cannot make the payment or clear the dues by using other payment methods or ways. None of the three options seems to be helpful or working…and CHAT SUPPORT is just taking hours to listen the issue and does nothing.

Is there not any dedicated CHAT SUPPORT or other SUPPORT from Shopify for FROZEN stores? As a newcomers to Shopify, this issue needs to be tracked closely. I have also faced payment issue like adding new cards and faced difficulties. It is a SOS situation for stores operating on Shopify.

There is no dedicated chat support for FROZEN store and SHOPIFY CHAT SUPPORT is just handling this issue as a normal issue. More than 70 hours have been passed and still awaiting resolution. And unfortunate part of being the store owner is that, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN TO WAIT WITH NO RESOUTION IN SIGHT. :angry:
