Hi can someone help me, I’m trying to create my store but this black bar at the bottom of the page keeps showing up only on the phone. It shows up every time I scroll down the store. I want to turn it off, can someone show me how?

I think that is feature of theme, it also designed like scroll bar at bottom of mobile when you swipe down.
