When a customer cancels a shopify collective order prior to the supplier shipping why doesn’t it cancel it on the suppliers end too? I had 2 customers back to back cancel orders, one was canceled same day the other was the next day. Both orders were refunded by me showed canceled but the following day the supplier still shipped both orders.
I experienced the same situation. I even sent a separate email requesting the cancelation, but they did not cancel my order and shipped it four days later. Now I have an angry customer and no response from the supplier to solve the situation.
