Shopify completely misreporting my analytics

I have noticed that Shopify is completely misreporting my analytics. It’s not even close. Sometimes the visitors double for a day but Google Analytics confirms it is wrong. The conversion rate is never right. Anyone else have this issue or a fix?

I am having the exact same problem. When I compare todays data to yesterday it inflates yesterdays figures. This seems to be happening since the beginning of March. I contacted Shopify support and they said they were going to refresh my dashboard cache - big mistake as now my website is going down intermittently  Trying and failing to get Shopify to fix it.

Oh god guess I won’t be going to Shopify to fix I can’t afford to lose a day’s sales at the moment. Will have to put up with the incorrect reporting. Think mine started around start of March too. And I had a couple customers say my website was down too. Please let me know if you get a fix and good luck Jo

Same, it’s totally whack. I can’t even see what I’ve made today!

I have the same issue. They dont communicate about this massive issue they have. Cause of this my data at Meta and Google are incorrect. I can not analyse anymore if my ads are doing well. We should get a compensation for their lack of communication and not providing the service they should give.

Having the same problem and it’s extremely frustrating, can’t track any data accurately. Nor track if landing pages are peforming better. I have a 0% conversion rate while making lots of sales. The visitor count is arround 35-75 while it should be close to 700. Everything is completely off and I’m not being updated about any improvements…

Agreed, compensation is the least they can do. This is ridicoulous.
