Shopify Contact Us Loop - Contact Contact Shopify

Does anyone else get caught in the continuous Shopify loop? When I come to the site and click “Contact Support” it immediately asks me to select my store and then reroutes me back to the exact same page and it gets caught in some loop. Why is this occurring and does anyone else have that problem occur? I assume I should be able to contact Shopify since I am paying them hundreds of dollars a month in store fees alone.

Absolutely and it sucks. But i figured it out one day. After the first loop i go to the footer of the page and click the 24/7 support button. then in the second loop i type in my problem in the box , scroll down and hit continue. then it will give you the options of what kind of support would you like.
