Trying to connect my shopify www.jadeed.store to its facebook page for conversion API, its connected but so far i can’t seem to connect it for conversion API. Suggestions?
That usually happens if Facebook’s Events Manager isn’t detecting the Shopify pixel + CAPI connection correctly. A couple of things to try:
In Facebook Events Manager, check that your data source is the same pixel Shopify is using.
In Shopify admin, go to Facebook & Instagram > Data Sharing Settings and make sure Maximum is selected (this enables the Conversions API).
Give it a few hours after setup — sometimes CAPI events take time to start appearing.
Use Facebook’s Test Events tool to trigger a purchase event and confirm it’s reaching Meta’s servers.
