Shopify Dawn - Header Cart Hover - show cart contents on hover

shopify dawn theme.

when you add item to the cart, the dropdown pops up showing cart contents along with options to go to cart, checkout, continue shopping. see screenshot below.

i’m wanting this same thing to happen when you hover over the cart.

can someone show the hove code along with the changes?
