Are you referring to the message in the pink warning banner, followed by the message (for example) ‘We don’t ship to California’? that appears when a shipping method doesn’t appear?
If so, this is because Shopify updated their default message to specifically mention the country or, in North America, the state or province the customer resides in. Unfortunately, it can be a bit confusing because it is generated when there is no shipping method available (for any reason) but customers might interpret it to mean you don’t ship to their location. You can customize this message in your Themes settings. We have a guide on our app’s help center that explains how to do this - you can find it here. Because it only involves Shopify settings, you don’t need to use our app to follow the guide.
