I am new to shopify but not to Etsy. Previously I only had to track Etsy but it is getting complicated with multiple stores. What do you use to track expenses, supplies… etc? Quickbooks, Turbo Tax or something else?

Quickbooks
Quickbooks …and have bookkeeper integrate QBO with A2X or Bookkeep.
Other accounting software would work too ie Xero.
