Good day,
I received an email from DMCA/Shopify Legal that the theme used in my store is not licensed and they took my store down. I find it weird since my store was built & developed by a certified Shopify Expert (communication and everything is through Shopify Expert platform).
Who/how can I reach Shopify team to solve this issue?!

BUT if you do resolve this with a good/bad outcome please consider coming back and telling your story and mark your own answer in the future as a solution. Because this is can be a big problem for other merchants when it happens , but there’s next to no transparency in how things get resolved or don’t so it leads to a lot of stress.
