I’m really frustrated and need help. My Shopify account was placed on hold and payouts were frozen unexpectedly — I have zero chargebacks, zero disputes, and no fulfillment issues. I submitted all requested documents (business registration, supplier invoices, tracking/shipping proofs), yet my funds remain on hold.
I run a legitimate clothing store, advertise via Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and my supplier ships directly to customers. I’ve even been paying out-of-pocket to fulfill orders while waiting for Shopify to resolve this. This hold is crippling my cash flow and ability to run ads and serve customers.
Has anyone else had payouts frozen with no clear reason? How did you get your funds released and how long did it take?
