I love shopify but I noticed something was wrong with my payouts and I saw that I randomly started getting 30% reserve held for the next 120 days. My chargeback ratio is way under 1% and shopify didn’t even email me to tell me this was happening. What do I do? Shopify please, my business is getting ruined
