I am wondering if anyone here can answer these questions
1 - Is there a way to filter out customer accounts that were created by Shopify Inbox app?
2 - Is there a way to stop the app from creating customer accounts only when they have chatted and not actually made a purchase.

I am wondering how to block Shopify inbox from creating customers as well. Have you had a solution to this problem please?
Actually yes! I did! I wrote a flow to take care of it for me
Install shopify flow app if you don’t already use it (it is free)
You must set the customer order to 0 otherwise if an existing customer contacts you then you will delete their account also… so yeh be careful with this one.
