Shopify IOS App “Something went wrong (execution error)

I recently made a new store and before hand with my old store it never gave me this error but now with my new store it’s giving me this “execution error” on the bottom of the main home page on my iPhone APP of Shopify every single time I pull down to refresh. I’ve also notice when I held down on the Shopify App on my phone Home Screen it showed me to switch from my old store to my new. Even though I did I still get the error.
I have uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Logged in and out multiple of times, I also have clear the data for Shopify overall within the iPhone settings, rebooted my iphone, turned off my iphone and left it alone for 10 minutes. I have also change Wifi, used my cellular data and still nothing but the execution error.

hi, i have the same issue with my 2th store.
a lot of days are passed, but there is no way to find a solution.

Hey there TT41, I think I found a solution to my own problem.

What I did was created a new store on the Shopify app, DO NOT upgrade the plan just make a new store within your Shopify account. After that go to your home screen on your iPhone app. Hold down the Shopify app and it should say “Switch to Old Store” “From New Store” I switched it multiple times just to make sure the app is recognizing it.
After I did this the execution error disappeared and everything is running normally now for me. I also deleted my old AdAccounts on facebook and only have my new one (I do not know if this effects Shopify). But that’s the steps I did to get rid of that error. I hope this helps.

Having the same issue with my single store on Android.

Website entry on my phone vs App works fine. But I use the app 90% of the time.

Just tried this. Both stores have the same issue.

Have you try clearing your cache on your device?
I do not know the procedures for doing that on a Android.

Just tried this and still have the issue.

It’s really making my work inefficient since I have to switch to browser just to look at products.

I’ve solved it for my android device. Uninstaller the app and reinstalled it. Fixed immediately.
