Hi all,
We are looking at using Shopify markets to start selling a segment of our products to a new country. Our store is now able to select a group of products that are only available to that market which is a fantastic addition - this will help us create a better user experience for these new customers, as we will only be able to sell around 1/3 of our full product offering to this new market (brand contracts, warranty concerns etc).
However, since such a small segment of our products are available to purchase on the new market, I want to tailor our homepage to display the relevant products to our new customers.
Has anyone here done that with their homepage? I would be looking to hide banners from our homepage when someone from the alternate market is browsing, and display different content to them. So when they use the country selector and select the other market, the alternate homepage would appear. As far as I’m aware, the only way to set an alternate homepage is to create a unique storefront with a new domain, but that would also defeat the purpose of us using markets.
Is this something that can only be done via a developer with code, or can anyone recommend an app that can achieve this?
Thanks for any feedback on how this can be done!
