Hi Shopify,
Our Shopify app has a qualification criteria based on the merchant sales history. Only the qualified merchants we are taking them through 3 steps as shown below. For disqualified, they will see a message that they are disqualified after Step 1 and won’t proceed further.
We are getting 1 star reviews from merchants who are not even qualified and we noticed Shopify is allowing merchants to enter rating as soon as they Install the app.
Can Shopify add a feature to don’t allow merchants to enter review until they approve the charges (Step 3) or atleast allow them to add review few days after they install and use the app?
