I have a paid plan but the pages tab along to others are for some reason missing.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with accessing your shops pages, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you able to share what subscription plan you’ve selected?
As you are not seeing those sections within the Online Store, I’d encourage you to confirm that you have selected the Shopify Basic Plan. The Shopify Starter Plan comes equipped with a simplified online store, and does not include blog posts, pages and/or a navigation section.
To confirm this, you can:
- Head to Settings > Plan, from the Shopify admin.
- Under Plan Details, locate the current plan the shop is on.
For more information on the Shopify Starter Plan, you can check out the plan details here. To access those features, you can upgrade to the Shopify Basic Plan.
If however, you have confirmed within the Plan Section of the Shopify admin that you’re on our Shopify Basic Plan, please feel free to Contact Support for further investigation. Our advisors will be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved.
