Hi,
I have created a development store on my partners account and the process it’s not finishing.
But in my regular account the store shows up, The store just doesn’t show up on my partners account list.
I have tried this twice and now I have two unwanted stores on my account and none of them are on the parteners account.

I understand that you’re having some issues creating a development store? Just in case, here are the steps that you should be following to create it:
- Log in to your Partner Dashboard.
- Click Stores.
- Click Add store.
- In the Store type section, select Development store.
- In the Login information section, enter a name for your store and a password that you can use to log in. By default, the email associated with your Partner Dashboard is used as the username, but you can change that if you want.
- In the Store address section, enter your client’s address.
- In the Store purpose section, select Build a new store for a client.
- Click Save.
Are these the steps that you took? Please let me know if that is the case, and also tell me a little bit more about where exactly does this go wrong for you.
When you say the process is ‘not finishing’ - could you clarify this also? Is this something that you can see, and if so, would you be able to attach a screenshot so I can get a better understanding of what you mean? Any other details that you can include would be most helpful!
Just to give you a troubleshooting step to try in the meantime, could you clear your browser cache and cookies on your Google Chrome browser by following these steps here - and then try the above steps again! This is because what you’re describing sounds like a potential browser cache issue, so checking this out now would eliminate this as a possibility.
