Has anyone used Aishah Emiola or Olajide Michael for a shopify partner? I do not want to be scammed and am looking for a reliable partner to help me start my business with the shopify store. I am new to owning a store and would like to have help on making it successful. I opened my store in October this year and have not made any sales yet. Thank you all in advance.
Topic summary
-
Original post: A new store owner (opened in October, no sales yet) asks if anyone has used “Aishah Emiola” or “Olajide Michael” as a Shopify partner, seeking a reliable, non-scam helper to make the store successful.
-
Context: “Shopify Partner” refers to freelancers/agencies who help with store design, customization, and performance.
-
Advice 1: Some say a paid partner may not be necessary; Shopify is beginner-friendly and YouTube offers step‑by‑step guidance. The community can provide feedback if the store URL is shared.
-
Update: The store owner shared their URL and asked for improvement ideas.
-
Advice 2: Others caution that with millions of partners, random name checks are impractical. Do due diligence, vet candidates, and align expectations with budget and quality.
-
Advice 3: Use the dedicated Store Feedback forum for structured critique. Consider partners with visible reviews on reputable freelance platforms or contact active community contributors.
-
Outcome/Status: No confirmation or reviews of the two named individuals; no specific partner recommended. Actionable next steps are to seek feedback via the proper forum and conduct thorough vetting; discussion remains open.
Honestly, you don’t need help like that. Seriously. Shopify is so easy. And with Youtube videos basically providing step by step instructions, anyone can do it.
If you’re looking for store feedback, there’s a small army here to help do that and make suggestions. Just provide the website url.
Thank you. Yes, I would love some feedback and ideas on how to improve my store. Here is my URL https://blessed-print-2.myshopify.com/
Hi @blessedprint1025 really reread your question back to yourself and ask how likely is it for anyone to know who/what your talking about.
Your pointing to specs of dust on the beach just throwing out random names on a platform with MILLIONS of participants.
Put in the effort and do your own research in vetting services.
Just be realistic as you will get what you pay for.
Then use the actual feedback forum, Store Feedback .
Location location location you wouldn’t go to the mall then the petstore and start asking about couches; oh people may politely enterain you about furniture , but you could LOOK first for the right place.
Your gonna have a bad time in ecommerce if you do not approach things with rigor.
There are like millions of Shopify partner so you can’t really ask for a feedback for a specific person until and unless they have good reviews already.
If you’re looking for some good Shopify partners that knows what they’re doing then I suggest looking at freelance platforms or you can even just contact active participants here as well.
Best,
Moeed
