Shopify payment on hold and support not responding for 3 weeks

Hello, on september 30 my shopify payment account got put on hold there was no emails or any documents that was asked from none, same day i asked support and they couldnt give me a anwser i got my ticket ecalted and still no email its october 20 now and still nothing , on october 10 i recived a email about a payout> > that was ment to come on september 30 that it failed due to bank i changed my bank it it said it will come on october 15 so i though it will and the hold will be lifted but i was wrong it didnt come and theres still no response from support i have multiple ticket ecsalted do to this issue and no response in 2 days i might be forced to close my buisness due to this and this place in my last hope

Based on experience, issues like this will take time to be resolved so, the best course of action for now is to check your email, spam, and junk folder from time to time to make sure that you will be able to respond to Shopify immediately. You can also follow up your case with them every week via live chat instead of email to avoid your ticket going further to the queue.
