I am having an issue where none of my customers can checkout because they get this message after they type their credit card info in and click continue “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.” It says my Shopify Payments are set up and ready to take payments. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I understand your customers are running into issues at checkout after entering their credit card information and receiving an error message.
In order to thoroughly look into this for you, you’ll need to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center. The reason is, our team will need access to the abandoned checkout history/links and to view the order timeline. Through our community forums, we are unable to authenticate or provide account-specific information.
Lastly, I’d like to share our adding a favicon resource with you as I noticed you don’t have one set up yet. A favicon is a tiny image that appears right next to your store name in the web browser bar. This is a great way for customers to notice your brand and create trust. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility on where to find your favicon image.
