Shopify payment stop working since 3 weeks

Hello everyone, Shopify turn off and stop send me money trasnfer on my account since 3 weeks. And i don’t have any feedback from the shopify paiement team by email of other way… I contact the shopify support everyday by chat but nothing moove.

Someone already went in this situation ?

Yes, absolutely too many times. They told me they create a ticket each time but it don’t change anything :confused:

By any chance can you share the Store url and collab code so that I can take a look by myself.

Hi there @krysolkuisto what’s the current situation on this? If you still haven’t received adequate responses from Shopify support yet you can send a dm to their Twitter account [email removed] they tend to reply quicker and more efficiently sometimes on there, so you can reach out to them with details and receipts of your issue.

Hey, this is just what happens when they flag your account for review with Shopify Payments. Because support can’t expedite that process, you may want to connect a temporary backup processor in the meantime (such as Stripe or PayPal). That’ll help keep things flowing while you wait for Shopify Payments to finish its review. You will still get the held payouts once cleared.
