I put my first ticket in for this issue on Oct 26th. I have a this notification “
“Payouts will be paused tomorrow
If your Shopify Payments account details aren’t updated by 11:59 PM EST, your payouts
will be paused”
I renter my information. It says Ready. When I leave the page it shows email could not be verified and phone number could not be verified, then the message resets again.
Every ticket they say they “reset it” but it never changed.
Has anyone found a work around, clearly I need to leave Shopify is this happens
Michelle TCM has this problem been resolved ? if yes, how ? I am currently going through same situation. Payments have now been paused OR I’d rather say that Shopify is not depositing MY MONEY into my account for over a week and Support continues to tell me I have to wait until my file is reviewed.
I am having the same issue you and others who have responded to this post are having. I have not received a payout since January 22. I am dangerously close to over drawing my bank account. I keep getting the same response from “support advisors” about file being reviewed. All credit card sales since February 1st show as pending. I am so frustrated and angry at the total lack of accountability from Shopify. Pulling the plug on all websites and POS systems as soon as this is resolved.
I’m in the same boat here for the nonprofit I volunteer for. 1 week of sales that is completely stopped right now. At first I thought everything was fine because the day after I had a payout scheduled, but it’s still only “scheduled” and I don’t have any payout for this weeks sales…
That’s exactly what I’m complaining about. Shopify simply closes shops without notice, withholds funds and support cannot be reached. No chance of reaching anyone by phone or email, just useless home office chat support.
