Shopify Payment Cannot Payout

I have opened Shopify Payment several weeks ago, but I find nowhere to upload my documents to verify, nor do I receive any email for verifying it. I have contacted many times, each time I was told they noted to my ticket to make it faster, but things didn’t change for more than 2 weeks. I receive payments everyday but can’t get payout at all. My TICKET NUMBER: 48953912

I’m really anxious, and need to solve it as soon as possbile, I don’t know whom to go to, can do nothing about it but wait, each time when I contact via online chatting, i can’t get any solution, but the time won’t wait me, can someone tell me what should I do , or whom should I contact?

Same here, but I’ve been waiting even longer, support agents are totally useless.

Same issue here. Been waiting on updates on my escalated tickets for 10 days. Have had to stop all business activities because if this issue. What I’m hearing from my network is Shopify is having BIG issues the last couple months. They are shutting down stores left and right and nobody can get in touch with any of their departments in a timely manner.

I am now looking to move my business to another platform. I will be shorting Shopify stock as well.
