i started my store on shopify on july 2022. very very disappointed of the worst support ever on shopify payments.
i started receiving payments on shopify payments and found that they need a verification to release the payouts “Which was not clear at first”
till today 13 November, still all the payouts are on hold.
at first they rejected every document i upload.
then they started ignoring all my emails and messages.
one of them “grace” emailed me every week asking for a document. then get back after a week asking for a new document. at the end she adviced me to close the account to be able to get the amount.
then “Nicole” asked for a new document to release the amount. and stopped responding to any emails since 2 weeks till now.
on chat support, they have no authorization to do anything, whenever i talk to them, they tell me to wait.
i want to sue shopify for the worst support i ever had.
how can i do that?
NP: i know that shopify payments rely on stripe. i contacted stripe directly and they offered to help but i need to get the account number.
Shopify support refuses to give me the account number or anything related to my account.
