I understand that you are having some trouble with your Shopify Payments account. I am sorry to hear that you are annoyed - I would be happy to steer you in the right direction.
To clarify, from time to time it may be necessary to verify your Shopify Payments account (even if you have previously already done it). Most of the time it will be a routine, regular procedure that shouldn’t take longer than a few days, however in certain instances it can take a bit longer. The purpose of collecting this information is to comply with regulatory requirements designed to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
Are you seeing any messages or banners in your Shopify admin, asking you to upload any documents? If so, you will need to submit the requested documents and then wait a little bit of time for the verification team to process them.
I would also recommend checking your email inbox (including the spam/junk folders) as sometimes our team can reach out to you with more information on the process. If you find an email, then you can direct any queries you may have directly to the team handling this by simply replying to it.
If it has been more than a few working days and you are not seeing any messages in your admin requesting documents, and have also not received any emails from our team with more information, then I would suggest contacting our support team directly using this link here. One of our support advisors can authenticate you on the store and take a closer look. Here on the Community we are unable to access you account.

Thanks for confirming that there are no messages in your Shopify admin asking you to submit documents.
I understand the urgency to get this Shopify Payments hold resolved and I know that delays like this are less than ideal, however here on the Shopify Community we are unable to access any of your account information.
If your Shopify Payments account is still on hold and you haven’t received any email correspondence from us in relation to it, then I would highly recommend reaching out to our support team using this link here so that we can take a closer look at what might be happening.
I literally just posted another thread about this. I’ve reached out everyday for 5 days asking form some clarification and am always told they are making it a priority with the account team or business operation team. I have received NO EMAIL from shopify about this and they have confirmed no email has been saying pretty much making that banner on the website a complete lie from shopify. I really expected better from them. Really beating myself up since I switched from Bigcommerce into this mess of a situation. Let me know how long it takes you to get a reply.
I have reached out to customer support every day since I saw the banner on my site. Its useless. They just tell you they are making a ticket with the business operations team priority and just to continue business as normal until the other team has a chance to review your store.
