Our last deposit for credit cards was 7/27/25. They are depositing PayPal, and other 3rd party payments, but no credit cards. We have hundreds of transactions we have not been paid on in the $thousands of dollars. We have opened a ticket with support, but are getting no where. Over 95% of our business is some form of credit card through Shopify POS and our Shopify online store. Not only are we not receiving our funds, but customer refunds are not going through. According to Shopify our account has not been put on hold. We had the same situation about a month ago, and it was cleared up withing 2 days after talking with Support. But this has drug on for a week this time with no resolution.
Anyone else experiencing anything like this. We need help.
