shopify payments support haven't responded

I have been trying to contact shopify payments support from last 5 days and they haven’t responded even once from the beginning.

Everytime I try to contact them, the customer support rep comes up and says they’ll respond soon.

Is there any way I can get their response?

So account-specific situations, such as those that involve a Shopify Payments account, would require a specialized internal team member to assist.

I can understand that you’re eager to receive the support that you need however, so can you provide me with more details about your situation? For example, is your Shopify Payments account currently on hold?
