Hey @aura5 this is a Shopify Backend bug , not Something fixable from your end . Here’s what to do
contact Shopify Support Directly at help.shopify.com and provide the error ID

Ask them to restore the theme editor access for auracosmetics.store
As a workaround , try accessing theme’s directly via :
https://auracosmetics.myshopify.com/admin/themes
the horizon theme interaction likely caused a backend conflict — only Shopify’s Support team can resolved it on their server side
