Why won't my online themes page load?

I am unable to access my online store themes page. I have tried clearing the cache and history, restarted my computer and still get the unable to load error. Tried connecting to a support agent in the chat, but my store will not connect to get through to an agent. Other pages on my account show a 500 error when I try access my “plan” or “billing” tabs in settings.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Yesterday, Shopify received reports of merchants being unable to access different sections of the admin as they were faced with error messages. This issue has since been resolved, and you should now be able to navigate the admin as expected.

Prior to accessing different sections of the admin, I recommend clearing your cache + cookies and completely rebooting the browser.

In regard to the issue accessing the Themes > Edit Code section, our developers are actively investigating the issue and working to have this resolved. Once we have received further information, I will share an update here.

Looping back to this thread as I would like to advise the issue of being unable to access themes/editing your theme has since been resolved by our developers. I recommend clearing your cookies and cache and rebooting the browser before proceeding.
