Shopify Plusでの複数Shopの顧客について

基本的な確認で申し訳ございません。
Shopify Plusの場合、ストアを10まで作成できるそうですが、
この場合、顧客情報はストア間で共有されるのでしょうか。
それともそれぞれに顧客情報を別途登録しないといけないのでしょうか。

もしストア間で顧客情報を共有したい場合、
MultipassやApp Unity Xross IDというものが必要なのでしょうか。
お恥ずかしながらMultipassやApp Unity Xross IDをどう使用すればストア間で顧客を共通化できるのかもわかっておらず、ご教授いただけると助かります。

Yes, with Shopify plus, you can have up to 9 expansion stores (so, 10 stores total) including your main one.

However:

  • Each store has its own database like products, customers, orders, etc are not automatically shared.
  • So, customer information is stored separately for each store by default. Meaning is a customer registers in Store A, they won’t automatically exist in Store B.

Now to Question is how to share the customer information between stores. Well! to allow customers to log in with the same credentials across multiple stores, you’ll need to use the single Sign-on (SSO) solution that’s where multipass or third party apps like Xross ID come in.

What is Multipass Login?

Multipass is a build in feature available only to Shopify Plus Merchants.

It allows you to:

  • Authenticate customer once on your main site (e.g., a central login portal or a custom app).
  • Then automatically log them into another Shopify store (your expansion store without need to re-enter credentials).

If you don’t have a Centralized authentication system then you can use app like Unity Xross ID.

確認させていただきたいのですが、
メインストアAを運営していて拡張ストアBを1つ追加したときに、
メインストアAの顧客にそのままのIDとパスワードで拡張ストアBにもログインさせたい場合は、
MultipassではなくChannelUnityを使用すれば可能になるという認識でよろしいでしょうか。

またその場合の顧客情報ですが、メインストアAのIDとパスワードで拡張ストアBにログインした場合、拡張ストアBに自動的に顧客が新規作成されることになるのでしょうか。
注文履歴などは、メインストアAの顧客として。拡張ストアBの顧客として。のようにそれぞれで管理する形で認識あってますでしょうか。

Unity Xross IDを使用すれば顧客情報が同期されるとのことですが、拡張ストアBで顧客が住所を変更した場合、メインストアAの顧客の住所も同じように変更されるということでしょうか？

また、その場合でも注文情報はストアごとに独立している認識であってますか？

storefrontAPIによる利用を想定しているのですが、Unity Xross IDを使用した場合、
メインストアAのログインID＆Passwordで、拡張ストアBのCustomerAccessTokenを取得することは可能でしょうか。
