Shopify Plus subscription Refund

Hello everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well. I need some advice or guidance on how to get a refund for my Shopify Plus subscription.

Recently, I decided to close my Shopify store to focus on other projects. I subscribed to Shopify Plus a few months ago, but after reviewing my finances and business strategy, I realized that this plan doesn’t align with my current goals. Therefore, I’d like to know if it’s possible to get a partial refund for the unused months of my subscription.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows someone who successfully got a refund from Shopify Plus? If so, how did you go about it, and what reasons did you provide? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
