So could anyone explain to me, if a product says it has 4 total reviews, but when you scroll down the product page to actually read the 4 reviews…only 2 are showing up, why there is a mis-match? All 4 are published in the shopify reviews app, with no flags.
is there a fix for this?
EDIT: Ive tried to view the product page on 3 different browsers, and different IP’s…so its not a caching issue (i dont think). What’s weird is when the page initially loads, the section that has the mis-count and missing written reviews…for a flash of a second they load up…but then within milliseconds they disappear and the count goes back to the mismatched number. Its like its trying to load it…but something is blocking it.
