Shopify billing/ payment not working .. my site is down loosing business.
Have tired credits cards, UPIs different banks but Shopify is not able to accept payment from anywhere. All we get it processing payment and then it fails. Have send payment details to Shopify their system is unable to recieve it.
Customer service does not help” we are escalating the issue, billing department will call” it’s been more than 48 hours website is shut. But no response, no help and no call!
Can someone help.

login to your account
scroll down and click on contact support
chose billing → request a call back
if chat freezes type URGENT BILLING - AGENT NOW to by pass AI
