I have very interesting banner on my page, please see picture enclosed.
I see this only on iPad via Safari.
It was not there before, and have appeared just a few minutes ago 
This presents in all themes.
Not possible to press on actions.
It slides together with scrolling.
What is that? How to remove?

Can you share your website link? I’ve noticed that multiple Shopify users reported this issue lately, I tend to believe that this is a server side issue. I’m positive that Shopify staff is aware of this and is working on a resolution.

This bug appears only on one device, which is only my iPad 12,9 (all other ipads, phones and devices are fine)
Hey, Mihhail, I don’t know if it’s the same case in here, but wordpress has a similar bar, that is just a bar of actions that appears only for people that are logged in the shopify account responsible for the store, it probably isn’t appearing for people visiting your store. At least I assume that. Try checking in on anonymous tab
You were right.
From incognito mode there is no such bar.
Strange is that it just suddenly appeared, and I could not interact with that.
But okay, I can live with this.
