Shopify is shutting down my products today without explanation or proper support.
I received a warning to provide proof of documentation, which I have all my legal docs available and tried to submit but their form does not work, I keep getting an application error when I click submit.
I’ve reached out to shopify support countless times but I keep getting told its escalated and filled with empty promises that I would receive a response within 24 hours.

It’s been 6 days with no response, and the deadline is 3PM UK time today – my store, my main income, my 5 employees job, is at risk. Support keeps saying it’s ‘escalated,’ but nothing is happening.
Can someone urgently help me escalate this as my products are pending suspension today 3pm UTC !
