You will want to make sure you’ve got everything correct in your warehouse info. Head over to Settings > Locations in your Shopify Admin and double-check that all details are up to date and valid according to TikTok’s needs
FYI a proper address and phone number for your warehouse is key so TikTok Shop can sync with your product catalog smoothly
Thanks fro replying, but that’s not the answer. The solution from TikTok support is to great a nee Catalog in TikTok Ad Manager and ensure that the country/region is set there correctly. You can have multiple countries, but only link your Shopify products to one catalog.
