I’m seriously getting frustrated now!
I added all of our warehouses manually via TikTok Seller central not realising the Shopify App would sync the data.
We use 15 different locations so I added 15 Warehosues to TikTok.
TikTok can only accept 20 locations but rather than ‘match’ locations the app just adds new locations in.
I have requested via several tickets to TikTok to delete the warehouses I’ve added; apparently there is no facility for them to be able to do that.
So now when Shopify is trying to sync there is not enough space to add warehouses, it wont match to what is already there and I’m just stuck.
What options do I have? I was told by TikTok there’s nothing they can do so all I can think of is to delete our shop but that takes 30 days…!!!
Anyone managed to resolve this?
Did you find the solution? I am stuck in the same situation and literally I am almost giving up on selling on tiktok just after 5 days of this 
No unfortunately not. TikTok have advised they can’t delete the warehouses for me so I’m stuck.
I have the same issue and have raised a ticket with tiktok but no response as of yet.
We only have one shipping location and I have deactivated and deleted the rest on shopify but they are still showing on tiktok!
Surely this should be an easy fix for tiktok!

Ugh same issue and it’s driving me crazy! Orders aren’t transferring to shopify because of it. TikTok needs to make their site more user friendly bc this is getting ridiculous

I think I’m having the same issues as others, TT WILL NOT accept the location settings from Shopify, saying a Phone number is missing. My supplier (and I’m sure many others’) don’t give a phone number, because they would be INUNDATED with issues!
TT have REALLY made it difficult to set this up, when other apps have been seamless, done in a few clicks.
