I have a question about the restrictions related to using an unlicensed theme. Does this mean that the account will be permanently disabled due to these restrictions? And if no how can i restore the store after i deleted the theme.
I have tried this situation. Delete the theme and it will be back to normal after a while, maybe 1 or 2 days. If it doesn’t work, just contact Shopify customer service to handle it.

Welcome to Shopify Community.
You can get your store back once you have deleted the theme, though it will take time (more than a week in some cases), and may have to contact Shopify Support.
I suggest you NOT to use an unlicensed theme, as sometimes, it may be really time consuming as well as frustrating to get the store back.
